Meet Mishan
I'm an MD-turned-integrative health practitioner.
In my practice, I meet so many women who share a common experience - they are all suffering from signs of hormone decline in their menopause years.
But almost no one knew what was happening and what to do about it.
When my personal menopause journey aligned with my health coaching journey, the message was so clear - I wanted to help as many women as I could.
