Every Wednesday (1 - 2p PST) we have:

  • live Zoom session with Mishan
  • 10 min = my short + easy action idea
  • 50 min = ask me anything



The goal:

  1. To be part of a community of fellow wellness warriors
  2. To have a place to ask your health questions
  3. To take steps every week toward creating health
  4. To build sustainable health habits over the year
